From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, with the front desk team warmly greeting us and quickly getting us settled into our room.They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, or just chat, which added a really personal touch to our experience.One standout aspect of our stay was the driver services. The hotel offers a top-notch transport facility, which made getting around Cape Town and surrounding areas both easy and comfortable.Our drivers were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area, giving us great insights on where to go and what to see. It was such a stress-free way to exploring with a small child.This hotel is truly family-friendly in every sense. They go out of their way to cater to the needs of parents and children alike, with compromising 5* comfort with amenities and services that make traveling with kids much easier.We really can't thank everyone enough. Popped in for breakfast and had a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly and attentive. A special thank you to our lovely waitress, Bongiwe. She was delightful - very hospitable.

I had an amazing spa treatment at the hotel and had lunch afterwards. The staff at the spa as friendly and my treatment was incredible. The spa is very modern and clean. Good facilities. I will be back. The views at the restaurant were incredibleand the food was great. I had a toasted chicken mayo. Big thank to our waitress Nadia, she was incredible. Thanks.

I had a lovely experience yesterday morning as I arrived to have a coffee and a bit of breakfast.Amanda looked after me outside in the beautiful patio looking over the sea.I was delighted with the service and the food and coffee were so nice. Anele( hope I spelt his name correctly, was a delight to chat with also and made my day, as he is a funny delightful guy.My experience was so uplifting and I will definitely return before I head home to Ireland.Fiona

We had a really pleasant stay at the Radisson Hotel. When we walked in, we were greeted very nicely by Davy and Rock, who also gave us good advice on how best to get to the waterfront. We were also greeted very nicely in the restaurant and taken to our table. John and Nadia were super nice and the food tasted fantastic.

Stayed a couple of times a few years ago, will be back there in just over 3 weeks. Can't wait, gorgeous views, lovely rooms, attentive staff. Hope they still do breakfast outside overlooking the ocean. A beautiful hotel in a stunning location so near to the V & A Waterfront & Camps Bay etc.

I recently spent a week at this hotel and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The location is fantastic, the staff is well-staffed and provided amazing hospitality. I particularly appreciated the free transportation to the waterfront. The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean, and the amenities were wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. Special shoutout to the drivers who always made the ride more enjoyable than the destination itself. I also want to mention Manfred, Rock, and Davey who I enjoyed speaking with as I entered and left the hotel. I truly felt appreciated and cared for during my stay. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future because of the exceptional staff that always made my day better. Much love to this hotel!

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront was legendary and luxurious from arrival to departure. All the hotel facilities, the room, the view, the room service, the breakfast, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were the best. They were very helpful, kind, and cheerful. The concierge helped us and mademany things easy for us. I want to thank all the Radisson Blu staff and the concierge for making our stay great. We will definitely come back to stay here again. Good hotel near V&A. You can take the shuttle from the hotel. Sicelo is one of the drivers who is very kind and had a lovely conversation with. Also thank you to David and Rock for the good services. Would recommend to stay here!

Stunning Location.Beautiful Energy.Though I didn't stay in a room, I did enjoy the restaurant and outdoor entertainment area.I loved the fact that there was a Live DJ, playing groovy hits.The sunset was picturesque, and the drinks were beautifully presented.Overall Stunning experience.I'd definitely go there again and even stay over.

I was part of a conference hosted there, and it was a great venue. Upmarket hotel with beautifully appointed conference facilities offering amazing views. The food was exquisite for conferencing. Even their self service coffee machine served very good coffee. Attended a full day conference with ease.

The location is unbeatable - right on the V&A Waterfront with incredible views of the harbor, and we even saw dolphins from our two-bedroom suite! The suite itself was spacious and trendy, perfect for a romantic getaway.The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and thanks to my Radisson loyalty program membership, we were even upgraded to a suite!The only thing to note is that the service could be a bit slow at times. However, the staff was always friendly and apologetic, and the overall experience was so positive that it wasn't a major issue.I highly recommend Radisson Blu Cape Town Waterfront for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Cape Town!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Waterfront. Every aspect of our stay was excellent; the rooms, facilities, spa, location and particularly the friendly and helpful staff. They all made us feel so welcome from when we arrived and were greeted by Manfred and David, the team at reception Ntsiki and Nandi and Gary looking after us on our regular trips on the hotel shuttle bus.

The hotel staff were very helpful, even though I was just a day guest at the spa! I had a lot of heavy bags because I was headed out for a flight. Rachelle went out of her way to weigh them for me and Manfred David made everything easy for me by handling my bags and loading them into the car. Very friendly and great hospitality, I would certainly come back.

We used the hotel for a conference and were really impressed with the food and service from the staff.It's a really great location, right near the waterfront and green point.The outside deck is really amazing too, and a nice place to relax.I can't comment on the rooms since I never check them out, but I'm sure they are of a high standard. They are quite overpriced for locals which is worth noting.
