The people at this store are invariably pleasant, kind and helpful. They go above and beyond what they need to do. For instance I’d been having difficulty putting the stickers on my license plates and they just did it for me!!! This is a wonderful store with wonderful people.

Heidi and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Heidi communicated thoroughly and consistently through the process for both of the vehicles I had serviced that day. I knew what was happening and how long it would take. I was working and she sent text messages and emails to keep in touch since I was unable to answer the phone. Work was done quickly the same day. It was surprising that a digital check was done on my vehicle to look for problems when I just wanted an oil change and the tire checked.My dashboard is now messed up with a different screen than was there before.They came up with two thousand dollars worth of parts and labor and you can't speak to a mechanic but someone who is new and inexperienced sits down with you to review the findings of something you never asked for.I know they are trying to drum up business but it was off putting.

My brakes were making a lot of noise. I was told by other shops it would be at least 3 weeks. Midas in Waterville said to bring it right in and they would get it fixed. They also fixed my headlights and replaced a plate light and a brake light. They also replaced my cabin filter that my detailer recommended changing. The whole experience was very easy. They did all this in one afternoon. They also had a loaner for me to use to get back to work. Great staff and they all seemed to be very customer focused. I would take any of them on my team.

The customer service is always awesome the employees never lie about needing work or not needing work Everyone is always happy. I've always had good dealings with the crew in Waterville Maine. I will be going to that Midas until the day I die I believe I am that happy with their service

Had a great experience. Called to get my truck in for an inspection, knowing it was going to need some work to get a sticker. Called on Tuesday, got an appointment for Friday morning. They communicated through every step of the process, gave me options without pressure. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. I guess I've found a new garage.

Customer service and service technicians work great together and keep me informed. They are accommodating with my special request such as taking a little extra time not to scratch my brand new rims and marking my tires so when they get reinstalled I can have them rotated. I had also brought in an under guard to be installed and they showed me it was the same part already on the car.
