1. Reason For Selling: “HAPPY 2024 MOTHER’S DAY TO MY WIFE!” I recently surprised my wife for Mother’s Day with a new, larger travel trailer, so we need to sell this one ASAP so we don’t have to pay for two travel trailers.

1. We have kept it very clean inside and out. The interior is in like-new condition. The exterior is in great condition, and it only needs a good wax job to get it shining like new again. Also, some spot-painting on the frame underneath could seal up scattered surface rust areas.
2. I have never experienced any exterior or roof damage, and it has never leaked.
3. Super solid reinforced floors (for hauling heavy toys.
4. Nobody has ever smoked inside this travel trailer!
5. No big dogs or cats have ever stayed inside this trailer (no pet stank)!
