  We recently welcomed over 100 new Emerging Talent Leadership Development Program (LDP) colleagues to CVS Health! These programs were created to accelerate the development of the skills, knowledge and capabilities needed to be successful leaders. Our LDP participants receive support in various ways including but not limited to; meaningful on-the-job assignments and experiences, curated development paths and resources, mentorship, exposure to leaders, opportunities to work across departments and / or business units and networking with peers within and across their programs. During their orientation week, new LDP colleagues had the opportunity to learn more about our organization, our culture & values, hear from business leaders, visit some of our CVS Health locations and network with their peers and Program Managers. We are excited to have them join in our mission to transform healthcare and for them to kick-start their careers as they join their respective programs across the Actuarial LDP, Digital LDP, Finance LDP, General Management Development Program, Group School Sales Program, Human Resources LDP, Marketing LDP, Technology LDP and Underwriting LDP.
